The University’s Chartered Manager Degree Apprenticeship provides apprentices with higher level leadership and management skills, core competencies and desired behaviours to become a more effective manager. Apprentices will receive high quality higher education learning from The Open University’s triple-accredited Business School and will apply their newly acquired knowledge and skills into their working environment.
